The forest is damp and chilly, but full of a life-force that is almost palpable.  You've chosen your tree; your symbol of family and community and hope.  You watch as your symbol is felled, saying a prayer for the sacrifice it made, but reassuring the place that you will take care of it's bounty and return their offering with immeasurable amounts of love and joy; propelling it into a world that so desperately needs it.

Unfortunately I do not accept returns.  I don’t typically organise exchanges either since I often sell one-of-a-kind container candles at conventions, but if you are having a significant issue with your candle that this FAQ hasn’t solved, I can absolutely help you troubleshoot the issue -- just use my contact page.  If it seems to be an error on our part and our advice doesn’t appear to be making any difference, we can discuss appropriate options.

NOTE: This candle may arrive imperfect, but rest assured it is only cosmetic and will resolve after the first candle burn.  For more information, please visit the FAQ page. 

If you are giving this as a gift, don't panic!  A card explaining imperfections comes with the candle.

Health & Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended.  Keep wick trimmed to 1/8" - 3/16".  Always burn on a heat proof surface.  Keep away from children and pets. 
I don't use anything that is on the CA Prop 65 list of toxic chemicals (carcinogen or environmentally toxic substances).
"This product conforms to the reporting requirements of California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986). We are conforming to the regulation by reporting the existence, or lack thereof, of ingredients deemed reportable by the above mentioned regulations via a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), in Section 15 "Regulatory Information." Ingredients from Natural Food Sources (NFS) and are exempt from reporting in accordance with Title 27, § 25501(a)
